Do government loan on affordable modifications call
for a lawyer fee? The one I located they do of $1495.00
I don’t want to get scamed. I heard that government

Brenda, won’t be able to find you anything under $150,000, 2 bedroom on Pensacola Beach (even foreclosure/short sale). There are some one bedrooms in Perdido.

Definitely looking for a 2 Bedroom Pensacola Condo with rental history on the Beach or across the street but with Gulf view. A foreclosure or short sale no more than $150,000.00 would be ideal. Lots of windows. We have fiends that live on Pensacola Beach that are from Baton Rouge also. We just returned tonight from there loooking on our own between Orange Beach and Pensacola Beach. I prefer Pensacola Beach if we can find a great deal! Brenda
