Statewide, single-family home sales fell 3.5% from the prior month, while the median home price fell 3.1%; condo sales actually increased 2.7% from the prior month, but the median condo price fell 4.0%.</p>
<p>Florida Inventories remain extremely high. The state has approximately 18.5 months of single-family housing inventory on the market (nationally approximately 9.6 months of inventory). Florida&#8217;s condo inventory is approximately 30.8 months, compared to 13.8 months nationally.</p>
